In the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-18; Acts 1:8), the resurrected Jesus who has been given “all authority” “in heaven and on earth” commands His disciples to “go into all the world and preach the gospel” of salvation from sin “to all creation”, “make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all” He has commanded. What does Jesus mean by “all the nations” and is there an exception to which this Commission does not apply? If so, what is the Biblical proof for this exception?
